Freezing beef steaks
When freezing beef steaks it is best to wrap them individually first. Otherwise when it comes to getting one from the freezer you will find they are all frozen together. It is possible to separate them when this happens but did you know that hospitals receive a lot of frozen food related injuries from people separating frozen foods that have been frozen together when badly packaged in the freezer. Save yourself the trouble of a knife through the hand and individually wrap them! |
