Feeling sleepy when driving?
If you are feeling tired and sleepy when driving it is best to stop and take a break. If you can find a layby to stop in or a service station then take a break and go for a brisk walk. If however you are on a motorway or just cannot find a place to pull in quickly then wind down all the windows, sit up straight try and stay alert. Falling asleep at the wheel is a major cause of accidents and you do not want to be doing this as you may cause harm to yourself and other motorists. |
