Chicken Pacora
Chicken pacora is one of my favourite Indian side dishes and is incredibly easy to make. This recipe will have your pacoras taste and look every bit as good as the ones you get in Indian restaurants. It's all in the flour! Ingredients 1 cup of gram/chick pea flour 1 teaspoon of baking soda 1 teaspoon of ground cumin 1 teaspoon of mild red chilli powder 2 chicken breasts some water In a large bowl add all the dried ingredients, slowly mix in some water, stirring all the time until you get a very thick batter. Cover and leave to stand for 10 minutes. Dice the chicken breasts into large chunks and after the batter has been left for ten minutes add all the chicken to the batter and mix well. In a deep fat friar or pan of oil heat the oil to 190 degrees c Add chicken in batches of 4 at a time and cook for 5 minutes per batch. Serve up with some lemon and chilli sauce. YUM
